About the project

Viraluxx is a website that sells social media growth services (followers, likes, views) on 6 platforms, with simple choices instead of long lists of service codes. Ashutosh Pradhan built the core; I built the side customers see.

Viraluxx sells social media growth services, like followers, likes and views, on 6 platforms. Most panels like it make you pick from long lists of service IDs. Viraluxx asks simple questions instead.

Ashutosh Pradhan built the core: services, wallet, packages, crypto deposits and the admin. My work was everything that brings customers in and keeps them informed: the landing page and dashboard, sign-in, the help desk, WhatsApp updates, SEO pages, free tools and referrals.

How it works

  1. Find it

    People arrive through SEO pages for each platform and city, and free tools like a hashtag generator.

  2. Sign up

    Auth0 sign-in, with an optional phone number.

  3. Order

    Pick a platform and package, and pay from the wallet in rupees through Razorpay.

  4. Stay updated

    WhatsApp messages when an order is placed, completed or refunded.

  5. Get help

    Support tickets in the help centre.

What I did

  • Redesigned the landing page and added a how-it-works page
  • Rebuilt sign-in and sign-up, with an optional phone number
  • Rebuilt the user dashboard: orders, wallet and packages
  • A help centre with support tickets
  • Case studies, with 16 SEO articles
  • WhatsApp messages through a self-hosted gateway: welcome, order placed, completed or refunded, and admin broadcasts
  • SEO pages per platform and city, and free tools: best time to post, hashtags, profile audit
  • Affiliate and referral pages, and clearer home page copy

What was new

  • WhatsApp updates with no paid API
  • Search traffic from free tools and location pages

Problems I hit, and how I fixed them

  1. The site failed when Redis was down.

    Fix The cache steps aside when Redis isn't there.

  2. Wrong currency conversion in the wallet.

    Fix Fixed it and added a check script.

  3. Razorpay deposits used the wrong currency.

    Fix Rupees end to end, across 13 files.
